11 months

Keagan is 11 months old today and I can't believe it! Time really does go by so fast. It seems strange to think that he will be a toddler soon. He is starting to look less like a baby and more like a little boy :( We are so close to walking on our own. He is standing alone for longer periods of time and taking just a few steps on his own before fear sets in. He wants to walk so bad that he gets frustrated. I on the other have mixed feelings, I want him to walk but then its seems like true Independence from me! Here are some new things he is up to:

He loves to open and shut ANYTHING, including the toilet (yuck)

He feeds himself small pieces of food

He gives Kisses to us

He says Mama, Mom, Dada, Up, Ya, Ba-Ba, No, Hi and Hey

Baby Brayden

We went to visit my Sweet friend Marcie and her little boy Brayden. Keagan loves babies and was so excited to play with Brayden. He doesn't understand that you have to be gentle with tiny babies so I had to watch him very carefully. He Kept taking the pacifier out of Braydens mouth. It is so hard to believe that he was once that tiny. We had fun with Marcie and baby Brayden. I cant wait to start our stroller fit workout class. Its going to be so much fun!

Beachy Keen

I love the beach! I really think that I could lay in the sand and listen to the waves everyday. When I was little I dreamed of being a mermaid. Silly I know, but something about the ocean makes me very happy. We went to Destin for a week and had a wonderful time. Keagan really enjoyed the beach. He wasn't to sure about the sand but he loved to water. He is such a trooper, he is really happy in any situation. It was so nice to get away as a family. We stuffed ourselves with seafood everyday. Yummy!! We hope to continue this yearly trip. I will keep this post short due to the large amount of pictures (oh you know that's all you care about anyways!!) haha

Graduation

Keagan is now helmet free!! At his appointment his head had changed so much that we got the go ahead to to stop wearing the helmet. Sean and I are so excited that he has a perfect head (well as close as he is going to get). I'm so glad that we decided to do the helmet therapy, the treatment was worth the results. I don't have any before and after pictures yet so you will just have to make do with a few other pictures of our cutie..:)
